The 1st Seminar about Experimental Lighting was organised by the Greek Committee of Lighting in cooperation with the departments of Applied Arts at the Greek Open University and Cultural Technology and Communication at Aegean University.
It has taken place at the Hill of Nymphs where is established the National Observatory of Athens and the Greek Lighting Commitee.
The educational activity was limited to two days between 26 and 27 October and 28 October in the evening the Observatory provided the experience of a reformed nighttime landscape and the chance of initiation into the secrets of light to a wider public.
